Please now stand up and sit down 5 times. I am timing you so I would like you to do it as fast as you safely can, standing tall each time. Try not to use your hands unless you really need to. I will not stop the timer until you are sitting down at the end and will count for you as you go, so you know when to stop. Do you have any questions before we begin?
