Set up: place marker/tape on floor at 3 metre mark from chair placed back to a wall.
Please stand up from your chair, trying not to use your hands, and then walk to the marker, turn around, come back and sit down.
(Therapist to demonstrate)
I will time you and would like you to do it as fast as you safely can. I will not stop the timer until you have sat down. Do you have any questions before we begin?
